fanciulla is committed to delivering your order as soon as possible. We endeavour to have your item delivered within 3 working days but depending on external circumstances it may take up to 7 working days. We choose to use the services of Australia Post or Road Express Courier and will deliver your order via Registered Post for security and efficiency. All parcels will need to be signed for. If you are not available at the time of delivery a card will be left in your letterbox leaving you details as to how to arrange pickup. We suggest you provide us with a business address if you are away from home during business hours.

Postage and handling will incur the charge of $13.50 in Australia and additional costs for international delivery (see below). However, postage and handling is free for orders over $400 in both Australia and international locations.

Deliveries to New Zealand should be received within 7-14 days and will be sent via Registered Post International. A flat fee of $21 applies to all New Zealand orders.

fanciulla delivers worldwide but please allow up to 14-21 days for your package to arrive. We choose to deliver international orders with Registered Post International. A signature upon delivery is required for ALL international orders (pick up can be arranged from your local post office if no-one is available).

ASIA PACIFIC: $29.00 flat rate

USA/CANADA & ISRAEL: $36.00 flat rate

EUROPE/REST OF WORLD: $39.00 flat rate
