fanciulla is committed to delivering your order as soon as possible. We endeavour to have your item delivered within 3 working days but depending on external circumstances it may take up to 7 working days. We choose to use the services of Australia Post and will deliver your order via Registered Post for security and efficiency. All parcels will need to be signed for. If you are not available at the time of delivery a card will be left in your letterbox directing you to your nearest Australia Post. We suggest you provide us with a business address if you are away from home during business hours.

Deliveries to New Zealand should be received within 4-14 days and will be sent via Express Post International.

Postage and handling will incur the additional charge of $13.50 in Australia and $18.50 in New Zealand, however, postage and handling is free for orders over $400 in both Australia and New Zealand.

International shipping incurs a flat fee of $20 to cover postage and handling. Overseas import duties and other custom charges (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility. If you do incur these additional charges, they are generally payable before your package can clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding your country's specific import requirements.
